Important/Additional Notes:

Requires DirectX 11. DirectX 12, Lumen, and TSR are not supported.
Requires r.D3D11.UseAllowTearing=0 in DefaultEngine.ini and Alpha Output enabled in Project Settings.
Does not work in Play-In-Editor (PIE). Testing requires Standalone Game or packaged build.
Anti-aliasing should be set to None or FXAA to avoid edge flickering on transparent window borders.
